1. Information We Collect
When you onboard a venue on MezaTab, we collect basic venue information including venue name, operating country, currency, default language, and phone number for WhatsApp message routing.
2. Customer Table Ordering Data
When customers scan table QR codes and converse with the WhatsApp AI waiter, order items, table numbers, and payment verification STK prompts are processed exclusively to fulfill orders. We do not sell customer personal data.
3. Payment Security
All M-Pesa STK push requests and credit card transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Safaricom M-Pesa API & Stripe). MezaTab does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.
