2. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email support@mezatabdining.ai or contact live support on WhatsApp with your venue ID and transaction receipt.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (M-Pesa STK reversal or Stripe card credit) within 3-5 business days.
