This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through mezatab.com and managed via app.mezatab.com. Payments are processed through api.mezatab.com via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Safaricom M-Pesa API & Stripe).
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your MezaTab waiter service within the first 14 days of subscribing, contact our support team for a full refund—no questions asked.
3. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email support@mezatab.com or contact live support on WhatsApp with your venue ID and transaction receipt.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (M-Pesa STK reversal or Stripe card credit) within 3-5 business days.
