1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or activating a MezaTab venue account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a restaurant or hotel, you confirm you have authority to bind the entity.
2. Subscription & Payments
MezaTab offers Weekly ($20/wk) and Pro Monthly ($39/mo) plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your venue management dashboard prior to renewal.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Venues must comply with local consumer protection and dining regulations. Sending unsolicited marketing spam via WhatsApp AI waiter accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Availability
MezaTab strives for 99.9% uptime for SSE kitchen receipt streams and WhatsApp AI waiter response routing.
