1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MezaTab platform operated by Intexa Tech Ltd. By signing up, activating a venue account, or using any MezaTab service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Applicable Domains
These Terms apply to all services, websites, and applications operated by MezaTab, including but not limited to:
- mezatab.com — marketing website, landing pages, and public content
- app.mezatab.com — venue management dashboard, admin portal, and account settings
- api.mezatab.com — API endpoints, webhooks, and backend services
- mezatab.com — email communications, support, and notifications
References to "MezaTab", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to all of the above domains and any future domains operated by Intexa Tech Ltd under the MezaTab brand.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or activating a MezaTab venue account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality venue, you confirm you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
MezaTab offers Weekly ($20/wk) and Pro Monthly ($39/mo) plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your venue management dashboard at app.mezatab.com prior to renewal. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Safaricom M-Pesa API & Stripe).
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Venues must comply with local consumer protection and dining regulations. Sending unsolicited marketing spam via WhatsApp AI waiter accounts is strictly prohibited. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Service Availability
MezaTab strives for 99.9% uptime for SSE kitchen receipt streams and WhatsApp AI waiter response routing. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party providers including WhatsApp Business API, M-Pesa, or Stripe.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with MezaTab on mezatab.com, app.mezatab.com, and api.mezatab.com are the property of Intexa Tech Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
MezaTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the MezaTab service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intexa Tech Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on mezatab.com/terms and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
